[ Level 15 ] Frost Harbor[]
The Frost Harbor boss is leveled for a player at the level of 15. There is no specific spawn time, and instead the boss re-spawns about every minute after death. He can be found in Siberia Harbor at (268,329).
Rewards[]
The rewards from killing the boss are typically quality Level 15 gear. This purple gear will not give the player Lost Whispers on salvage. Besides this gear, the Dragonblood Abomination can give the player time-limited costumes:
